Questions owners ask
Will you change our name?
No. Your name and reputation are part of what makes the business valuable. They stay.
Will my people keep their jobs?
Yes. We partner with businesses because of the people in them. Your drivers, technicians and office team are the business.
Do I have to leave after the sale?
No. Some owners stay on to lead, some step back over time and some hand off soon after closing. We plan the transition with you.
Is this confidential?
Yes. Our conversations stay between us, and we are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement before you share any financial information.
Do you work with business brokers?
Yes. Brokers and advisors are welcome, and owners are also welcome to reach out to us directly.
